The international food exhibition Cibus 2018 is among the most important food events worldwide, therefore Dolceamaro couldn’t miss it!

We will be at Cibus 2018 with our heritage brand Papa Confetti e Cioccolato, with the wide selection of macarons and pralines of our brand Cuorenero, and with our newest brand Coffee Time, producing Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafés) sweets such as single-dose coffee beans, single-dose gluten free cereals, and single-dose almonds and hazelnuts covered with chocolate.

Cibus 2018: what’s new

Cibus is preparing a special edition to celebrate 2018, proclaimed to be the “Year of Food” by the Italian Government to favour the growth of production and export of made-in-Italy food products.

The most innovative products will be displayed in a dedicated area, the incoming programme for foreign buyers has been strengthened and a new exhibition pavilion will be opened.
