
The crew of LA7’s culinary show Gustibus visited Dolceamaro Srl to film the episode that will broadcast on Sunday February 18th.
The anchorman Anthony Peth, who is Gustibus’ specialist reporter, chose Dolceamaro’s local delicacies to tell the story of a family business producing confectionary according to tradition and to show the Molise region.
The episode tells the history of the company, which produces sugar-coated almonds since 1975, the innovation in production, the diversification of markets and products and the integrated production chain, that is the ambitious project of almond production in Molise as part of their internal supply chain.
LA7’s Gustibus is a culinary programme that shows tours of the wine and food of Italy. Each episode shows the landscapes of a region, but also its traditional foods and wines: a journey through off-the-beaten-path places that hold beauties and tastinesses.
