A delicious week at Cibus Parma 2018

This week we have attended the 19th edition of Cibus, the international food exhibition. This important appointment takes place every two years in Parma and gathers the best products by the most important food and wine companies in Italy.

Thousands of visitors from all over the world took part to this edition of Cibus Festival. Once again, the event proved itself a very important moment to show ‘Made in Italy’ excellent products to foreign buyers.

Dolceamaro S.r.l. welcomed loyal customers and curious passers-by in a colourful stall inside the pavilion for pasta, preserves, condiments and baked products.

At the entrance of the stall there was a romantic candy table, made humorous by the presence of pink parrots perched on colourful flowers. In the middle of the sweet table there were our classic sugar coated almonds Bianchi d’Avola, but also the many pink shades of Cioccogolosi flavoured with choco-latte, strawberry, raspberry and passion fruit.

To keep up with the coolest ceremony trends, we also built a pyramid made of macarons, pairing the ivory shade of champagne flavoured macarons with the purple shades of the raspberry flavoured macarons and the pink shade of the strawberry flavoured macarons.

In the first part of the stall we showcased the products of our heritage brand Papa Confetti. The most successful ones were the Deliziosi Confetti d’Italia, a collection that is inspired by the traditional flavours of the most loved Italian cities.

After that there were our courtesy products, which are designed for restaurants and hotels and traded under our new brand Coffee Time: a selection of single-dose gourmet coffee beans, cereals, almonds and hazelnuts covered with chocolate.

At the end of the stall there were the bright (yet always natural!) colours of Cuorenero products, mostly our colourful macarons: they were available on the tables for delicious tastings or piled inside a colourful rainbow, which was the perfect background to all the stories of tradition and passion with which we entertained our guests.

Thank you for visiting us!
